Borgo Molinaccio

Within the chianti's classico hills, a cypresses driveway takes you to Borgo Molinaccio where is situated the villa dated end of ‘600, and it is, elegantly furnished with its furnitures and antiques pictures, an ideal place for any kind of event and stay during summer and winter, being open all year around.

Within the villa and the close oak forest, there is the swimming round pool that offers a magnificent view on the hills and chianti's classico vineyards.

The property extension is about 16 Hectares of land of which 5 of forest, suitable for country walks and picnic.

 

 

At one un km from the Borgo in in a locality called Falciani, there is  Marconi's Bar and tabacco store and includes even a tuscany's specialities food store and a furnace for the bread, open all days included the festive ones but closes on Wednsdays, there are as well two typical Tuscany restaurants.

Various sporting clubs with Tennis courts, a little fishing lake, Horse riding centre and Circolo Golf Ugolino, are in the Borgo's immediate surrouding.

 

Strategic is the Borgo closeness  at Impruneta, famous for famosa for it's furnaces and the production of the  valuable COTTO IMPRUNETA 5 Km at Firenze Certosa 7 Km, and Florence Centre 14 Km, at Siena 55 Km and all Art Cities: Lucca 85 Km at Pisa 88 Km a tViareggio,105Km at  Greve in Chianti 20 Km, and it's Chianti's characteristic villages.
